YOU WANT TO STAY RELEVANT AND GET RESULTS AS A COACH, DON’T YOU?
Then you need to be knowledgeable about what is behind every word your client says and every action your client makes.
Without understanding neuroscience, a coach risks applying outdated models.
But not any old neuroscience. You and I know that as a coach you need neuroscience with two critical qualities:
You can’t afford not to learn all you can about this fascinating area.
Now there is a program that is precisely what you need…
The premier distance learning program.
Learn and master this fascinating area without leaving your home.
This course is based on the book that was published by Routledge in earlier this year in 2019 by best selling authors Joseph O’Connor and Andrea Lages.
They have gone through all the research and done all the spade work (so you do not have to), to give you exactly the material you need – no more, no less.
And it is immediately PRACTICAL.
In The Neuroscience of Values and Emotions we will cover:
You will build your reputation as a coach who is at the cutting edge of coaching, no longer dealing in models that are not backed by research.
If you are a coach or professional who works with clients on changing their thinking, then this course is not just right, but essential.
No. You can take this course as a stand alone module, you will get all the knowledge and background you need in the course.
No. There are three coaching the brain courses and they can be done as standalone courses, or in any order.
Joseph O’Connor, author of Coaching the Brain, will be personally giving this course.

Mariela Nuñez Ugalde

“Joseph’s way of explaining is outstanding. I feel I’m part of a new wave in the world, where people will learn to collaborate better with their brains.”
Mirja Bang Hansen
Coach
“What I bring with me from the course is that I have broadened my thinking in my role as a coach and to be able to go even deeper into the coach issues.”
The course will be offered by Joseph O’Connor, bestselling author and co-founder of the International Coaching Community. He will direct the course.

The Neuroscience of Emotions and Values begins on Wednesday 20th May. There will be 7 consecutive weeks of webinars on every Wednesday from the 20th May until the 30th June, when the course finishes. There will be a final follow up Q&A session in July.
You do not have to be a professional coach. The knowledge and skills that the course covers will be useful in any field where you are helping and guiding people – all types of coaching, management, and training. You should be familiar with basic coaching skills. When you apply, tell us about your coaching experience and training and we will let you know you if this course is right for you.
No. A basic owner’s knowledge of the brain is fine. You do not need specialized scientific knowledge or the Latin names of brain structures. The course will cover all you need to know about how the brain works.
It doesn’t live up to the deceptive and inflated claims made by some people. The problem is in the claims, not in the science. Neuroscience has much to offer, you’ll be surprised.
Absolutely. Yet they hang together and depend on each other like candle and flame. We pay attention to the flame, we are fascinated by the beautiful, luminous glow, but that flame cannot exist without the wax to support it. If you wanted to make the flame, bigger, brighter, stronger, you would have to study the wax too.
Your clients think, feel react, speak and understand through their brain. To fully understand their ideas, feelings and decisions, we need to know how they are made at a deep level. How can neuroscience not be helpful with your clients?
You will receive the Lambent Neuroscience Coaching Certificate. The course is accredited by Lambent UK, a company with two European Quality Awards for its training, and the creator of the International Coaching Certification. The course is also accredited by the Neuroscience Coaching Centre. When you do the full course of coaching the brain (the three modules – values, goals and beliefs) you earn an International Coaching community Certificate in Neuroscience coaching.
The training takes approximately three months. If you complete the work, you can be certified in less than four months. You can take longer if you wish. You are free to set the pace yourself. There is no pressure to finish the courses or in a set time. That’s the beauty of distance learning.
Be a more skillful, knowledgeable coach! And…you will be at the leading edge of coaching. You can expand your reach of clients. If an executive has a choice of a coach and a coach who knows neuroscience, everything being equal, which one will they choose? The one with the extra skill and knowledge in the latest developments wins the client.
Yes! Not only can you do that, but you will do it while you do the course!
